この規約は、TANE JOURNEY の運営者（以下「当方」）が運営する TANE JOURNEY
（tanejourney.com。以下「本サイト」）および当方が提供する講座・読みもの・
その他のサービス（以下あわせて「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本サービスをご利用いただいた時点で、この規約に同意したものとします。
第1条（提供する内容）
本サービスで提供するのは、発酵・食・暮らし・スキンケアに関する
一般的な教育情報です。
医療行為ではなく、病気の診断・治療・予防を目的とするものではありません。
また、法律・財務・医療に関する助言でもありません。
特定の方の状態に向けた個別の助言も含みません。
第2条（免責）
本サービスの内容は、そのままの状態で提供されます。
内容の正確性・完全性・特定の目的への適合性について、
明示にも黙示にも保証はいたしません。
発酵や手づくりには、衛生・保存・原材料に由来するリスクがあります。
温度、湿度、水、道具、季節、材料はご家庭ごとに異なり、
お伝えする手順がその違いをすべて想定することはできません。
実践は、ご自身の判断と責任において行ってください。
持病のある方、通院中の方、妊娠中・授乳中の方、お子さま、
アレルギーのある方は、実践の前に医師や薬剤師にご相談ください。
第3条（責任の範囲）
当方に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、当方は、本サービスの利用または
利用できないことによって生じた損害について責任を負いかねます。
当方が責任を負う場合であっても、その総額は、
お客さまが当該サービスに対して実際にお支払いになった金額を上限とします。
第4条（知的財産）
本サービスに含まれる動画、文章、写真、図版、資料、ロゴその他一切の内容の
著作権およびその他の権利は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
ご購入いただいた講座については、お客さまご本人が個人的に視聴・利用するための、
譲渡できない・再許諾できない権利をお渡しします。
次の行為はお断りします。
（1）動画・資料の複製、録画、ダウンロード（当方が明示的に認めた場合を除く）
（2）第三者への共有、転送、配布、再販売
（3）アカウント情報の貸与・共有
（4）内容の全部または一部を用いた講座・教材・商品の作成
（5）本サービスの内容を営利目的で利用すること
違反が確認された場合、事前の通知なくご利用を停止することがあります。
お支払いいただいた金額の返金は行いません。
第5条（お支払いと返金）
料金は、各講座・サービスのページに表示された金額とします。
動画講座、読みもの、その他のデジタル商品は、その性質上、
ご購入後の返金・交換をお受けできません。
お申し込みの前に、内容・対象・視聴期間をご確認ください。
ただし、次の場合はご連絡ください。個別に対応します。
（1）動画が再生できないなど、当方側の不具合で視聴できない場合
（2）二重にお支払いになった場合
第6条（禁止事項）
（1）法令または公序良俗に反する行為
（2）当方または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
（3）本サービスの運営を妨げる行為
（4）不正アクセス、自動収集プログラムの使用
（5）他人になりすます行為
第7条（サービスの変更・中断）
当方は、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容を変更し、
または提供を中断・終了することがあります。
これによって生じた損害について、責任を負いません。
第8条（外部サイト・アフィリエイト）
本サイトには外部サイトへのリンクが含まれることがあります。
リンク先の内容について、当方は責任を負いません。
本サイトの一部のリンクはアフィリエイトリンクであり、
そこから購入があった場合、当方が手数料を受け取ることがあります。
その旨は該当箇所に明記します。
第9条（個人情報）
個人情報の取り扱いは、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーによります。
第10条（規約の変更）
当方は、この規約を変更することがあります。
変更後の規約は、本サイトに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
変更後も本サービスをご利用いただいた場合、変更に同意したものとします。
第11条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
この規約は、アメリカ合衆国カリフォルニア州法に準拠します。
本サービスに関する紛争は、カリフォルニア州オレンジ郡を管轄する裁判所を
専属的合意管轄とします。

この規約のいずれかの条項が無効または執行できないと判断された場合でも、
その他の条項は引き続き効力を有します。

この規約は日本語と英語で提供されます。
解釈に相違が生じた場合は、英語版を優先します。

guides, and other services we provide ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our
services, you agree to these Terms.
1. WHAT WE PROVIDE
We provide general educational information about fermentation, food, daily
living, and skincare.
We do not provide medical care, and nothing we provide is intended to diagnose,
treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. We do not provide legal,
financial, or medical advice, and we do not provide individualized advice for
any particular person or situation.
2. DISCLAIMER
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any
kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness,
merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Fermentation and home food preparation carry risks relating to hygiene,
storage, and raw materials. Temperature, humidity, water, equipment, season,
and ingredients differ in every household, and the procedures we describe
cannot account for all of those differences. You are responsible for evaluating
and applying this information in your own circumstances.
If you have a medical condition, are under a physician's care, are pregnant or
nursing, are preparing food for children, or have any allergy, consult a
qualified healthcare professional before proceeding.

All videos, text, photographs, illustrations, materials, logos, and other
content in our services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by
copyright and other laws.
When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable,
non-sublicensable right to view and use that course for your own personal use.
You may not:
(a) copy, record, or download videos or materials, except where we expressly
permit it;
(b) share, forward, distribute, or resell any content to any third party;
(c) lend or share your account credentials;
(d) use any part of the content to create courses, teaching materials, or
products; or
(e) use our content for any commercial purpose.
If we determine that you have violated this section, we may terminate your
access without notice and without refund.
5. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
Prices are as displayed on the page for each course or service.
ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. Because of the nature of digital
content, video courses, guides, and other digital products are not refundable
or exchangeable after purchase. Please review the description, intended
audience, and access period before purchasing.
Please contact us in the following cases and we will address them individually:
(a) You are unable to access the content due to a technical fault on our side
(b) You were charged more than once for the same purchase
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
(a) Violating any law or public policy
(b) Infringing our rights or the rights of any third party
(c) Interfering with the operation of our services
(d) Unauthorized access or use of automated data collection tools
(e) Impersonating another person
7. CHANGES TO AND INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES

and we are not liable for any resulting loss.
